 PTL Fun Run – October 24th 

We’re excited to host our first PTL Fun Run during school hours on October 24th! Students will run, cheer, and celebrate while raising funds to support our teachers and school community.

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️How the Fun Run Works 

Students can ask family and friends for donations in two ways:

• Per Lap Pledges: sponsors commit an amount for every lap completed

• Flat Donations: sponsors give a set amount, no matter how many laps are run

A special link will be provided for each student to share, making it easy for family and friends to donate online. We’ll also gladly accept cash or check donations.

🎁 Prizes & Incentives 

• Every student will receive a participation gift just for being part of the Fun Run!

• Students can earn additional prizes based on how much they raise (full list coming soon).

• The top earning class will win a group prize.

• If our school reaches the overall donation goal, the whole school wins a celebration!

💲Where do the funds go?

The PTL’s main goal is simple, support and encourage our teachers. Donations raised through the Fun Run help us provide things like:

• • Teacher Appreciation Week

  • Treats, supplies, and encouragement for staff

  • Events that bring our school community together, like the Ice Cream Social

When we’re blessed with enough funds, we’re also able to host additional PTL events throughout the year that make our school experience even more special.

❓Why it matters

As a private school, we know families already make sacrifices to send their children here. Every donation, no matter the size, helps us show our teachers how valued they are and allows us to give back to the community that pours into our kids every day.

🙌 Volunteer With Us 

The Fun Run will take about an hour, and we can’t do it without the help of our amazing parents! Volunteers will be needed for:

• Set-Up: helping mark the course, water station prep, and organizing supplies

• During the Run: cheering students on, handing out water, counting laps, and keeping things running smoothly

• Tear-Down: picking up supplies and helping restore the space after the event

We’ll provide a clear list of positions so you’ll know exactly what you’re signing up for and what’s needed. Our goal is to stay transparent and organized so everyone can enjoy the day together.
